The Glen Burnie Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) building is located at 6601 Ritchie Highway, Northeast. From Baltimore, take Rt. 2 South and follow the signs to the Glen Burnie MVA.

The Fort McHenry Tunnel is located on Interstate 95. The Fort McHenry Tunnel ticket office is located on Keith and Leland Avenues (exit 56), follow the blue signs to the office and parking.

The Baltimore Harbor Tunnel is located on 895. The Baltimore Harbor Tunnel ticket office is located off the Child Street exit. Follow the blue signs to the office and parking.

The Francis Scott Key Bridge is located on 695. The Francis Scott Key Bridge ticket office is located on Authority Drive off exit 44 from 695, follow the blue signs to the office and parking.

From I-95, take exit 93. Turn onto Route 222 south then make a right onto Route 40 (Pulaski Highway). After you turn right onto Route 40, make a left across Route 40 into the parking lot. Proceed to the white Administration Building at the end of the parking lot. The E-ZPass^® Stop-In Center is located in the Administration Building.

From Route 40 East (Pulaski Highway), turn right into the first entrance (50 yards) past the toll plaza. Proceed to the white Administration Building at the end of the parking lot. The E-ZPass^® Stop-In Center is located in the Administration Building.

From Route 40 West (Pulaski Highway), turn left at the crossover prior to the toll plaza into the parking lot. Proceed to the white Administration Building at the end of the parking lot. The E-ZPass^® Stop-In Center is located in the Administration Building.

From Western Shore (Baltimore, Annapolis)
At top of ramp, make a left. Take first right after going over the overpass, which is the westbound US 50 ramp. Stay to the left as ramp splits. Follow service road to parking lot. Entrance to the E-ZPass^® Stop-In Center is on the side of the building (enclosed walkway).

From the Eastern Shore
Stay in right lane as you come off the bridge. Take the right lane which runs in front of the Administration Building. Turn right at second entrance. Entrance to the E-ZPass^® Stop-In Center is on the side of the building (enclosed walkway).

Southbound
Travel Route 301 South. Prior to entering toll plaza (lane), turn right at the Administration Building. Park in area designated for the E-ZPass^® Stop-In Center. Upon entering Administration Building vestibule, the E-ZPass^® Stop-In Center is located directly ahead in the vestibule area.

Northbound
When traveling Route 301 northbound from Virginia, travel approximately ½ mile north of the toll plaza, turn left at the first crossover and proceed southbound toward toll plaza. Prior to entering toll plaza (lane), turn right at the administration building. Park in parking area designated for the E-ZPass^® Stop-In Center. Upon entering Administration Building vestibule, the E-ZPass^® Stop-In Center is located directly ahead in the vestibule area.
